My Body Butter has melted during transit. How can I still use it?

Due to the heat and hot weather, we do everything in our power to reduce the possibility of melting butters. With that being said, we can't guarantee no melting butters. Please bear in mind, that this is a possibility during transit. Body butters are still reusable after melting. You can refrigerate for 30 minutes or freeze for 15 minutes. You can also allow it to naturally solidify at room temperature & continue use.

Due to our body butter being whipped, when melted they may appear "half full". This is not the case as the air pockets no longer exist in their liquid state.

As a fun DIY, freeze the butter until slightly solid, remove the butter from the container and mix it with an electric mixer to return to its original fluffy consistency.

How long before I can receive my order?

The process time is 2-3 business days. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 2-5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to US and Canada.

What carrier do you use?

Products are currently sent through USPS. We’re constantly exploring options to get your order to you quicker and more efficiently.

Where can I find my tracking information?

Tracking number will be sent automatically once you order ships to the contact information provided when you place your order. You can also view your shipments directly on your account.

How can I change my address after I placed an order?

You may email customer service immediately with your name and correct address at contact@alinamilani.com before your order ships out.

My package was lost or stolen from my address. Can you issue me a refund?

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are made in Atlanta, GA.

Are your products natural?

Yes, we choose naturally derived ingredients over synthetics in all formulations.

Do you test products on animals?

We do not test products on animals. All of our products are cruelty free.

Are the products safe to use for all skin types?

All products were formulated to be safe for all skin types. Please consult your doctor with the list of ingredients found on the website if you have any concerns.

What temperature do these products need to be stored at?

We recommend storing Alina Milani products in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight and excessive heat.

How often should I scrub?

Do what feels right for your skin. We like to use the scrub about three times a week. It is a very gentle exfoliant and can be used more if desired. 

Can I use the Alina Milani Body Polish on my face?

The Alina Milani Body Polish is formulated for the body. We do have some customers who choose to use it on their face with great results. However, we recommend it as a body treatment since facial skin can be sensitive to exfoliation for some. So we recommend doing a patch test first.

Can I use the Alina Milani Body Oil on my face?

Yes! The Alina Milani Body Oil is formulated for face, body and hair.
