RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

 

We want you to feel confident in every Alina Milani purchase. While all sales are final on discounted items, we do offer returns for store credit on full-priced items that meet the following conditions:

  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused or gently used.

  • Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

If your item qualifies, store credit will be issued once the return is received and inspected.

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you'd like to exchange a product for a different product, you'll need to process a return and place an order for the new product.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

 

DAMAGED/LOST/WRONG ITEM

We are not liable for any damaged/lost/stolen items. However, inspect your order upon reception. If you have purchased Route Package Protection, please submit your claim at https://claims.route.com/ .

If you received the wrong product from an Alinamilani.com purchase, please email us at contact@alinamilani.com with your order number and photo as we would be happy to assist you further. 

 

RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying your return shipping costs. Please note that any original shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable.

 

SUBSCRIPTIONS

When checking out a subscription product, you are agreeing that you are being billed on the recurring frequency that you selected upon checking out. Upcoming orders reminders are emailed 3 days before your next recurring order will be processed. The customer is then responsible to manage their subscription in the case of cancelling before their next recurring order processes. Subscriptions cancelled after the subscription order has processed will not be refunded. Cancelling a subscription will ensure that no future billing will be charged after cancellation.
